I first started training personally 11 years years ago and have been training others professionally for the last 5 years. My style of training is to focus around strength and how that can become functional and beneficial to the individual in their lives or activities.
I'm very adaptable and to the unique needs and wants of my clients and believe every session should be fun and leave them wanting to come back again and again.
I have a special knowledge of food and nutrition, as I was previously a head-chef for over 10 years and also at one point ran a meal prep company which catered to people's specific needs.
My clients and I are work as a team together to reach their goals. Through accountability, structure, support and goal setting we work together to achieve great results to be proud of.
I also offer sports massage which is a great addition for good maintenance and health of the body and help any dysfunctions they may have.
